The Cellink NEO 80+S is a 7,800mAh (99.84Wh) LiFePO4 dash cam battery pack designed to power your dash cam's parking mode without draining your car battery. It offers up to 30 hours of parking protection and includes Bluetooth connectivity for monitoring remaining capacity via your phone.

Cellink NEO 80+S

The Cellink NEO 80+S is Cellink's latest dash cam power bank, specially designed to run your dash cam's parking mode without touching the car's battery. Its slim profile means it can be discreetly fitted in almost any vehicle. Bluetooth connectivity lets you check remaining capacity and other details from your phone. The unit comes with all the accessories needed for a clean, professional installation, and features a sturdy aluminium casing built to handle knocks and temperature changes. It is also the universal alternative to the BlackVue Power Magic Ultra Battery B-124E, manufactured by the same manufacturer.

Capacity can be further extended using the Cellink EXT 7+ Expansion Battery Pack, which is compatible with the NEO 80+S.

Hardwire connection

The NEO 80+S connects directly to a switched fuse or power point so it only charges whilst you're driving. When you switch off the ignition, the unit automatically begins supplying power to the dash cam and sends a signal to activate parking mode — no manual intervention needed.

To pass the parking signal to the dash cam, the NEO 80+S includes a special 3-wire output cable. You connect your dash cam's 3-wire hardwire cable to this cable in place of the car's fuse box.

Plug and play connection

The NEO 80+S also comes with a cigarette lighter charger and a female cigarette lighter socket. The charger lets you top up the battery while driving without wiring into the fuse box, though a full charge takes slightly longer this way.

The female output socket lets you plug in your dash cam's cigarette lighter power lead for a simpler installation. Note that parking mode will not function with most dash cams using this connection — it only works on dash cams with a software-based (visual) parking mode. Hardwire connection via the 3-wire kit is recommended for full parking mode support.

Up to 30 hours of power

Via hardwire, the NEO 80+S charges fully in around 50 minutes whilst driving, then supplies up to 30 hours of power to the dash cam. Once depleted, the dash cam switches off automatically — the car battery is not drained any further.

Note: battery life varies depending on your dash cam. Models with Cloud connectivity, GPS, higher resolution or multiple cameras draw more power, and runtime may be as low as around 10 hours in those cases.
